Privacy notice — publisher configuration required
A transparent explanation of the information requested by the directory. Replace the publisher information and confirm all practices before public launch.
Who controls your data?
Publication hold: The operator must insert its registered entity name, contact email, postal address and any applicable privacy representative here before accepting real enquiries. The operator is the controller of personal information submitted in forms.
What we collect
Form enquiries request a name, email, optional phone, business name, region, service category, project description and your consent. The server also processes normal security-related connection data. Please do not submit health records, payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond to your request, qualify it and, where necessary and described in the form, share relevant parts with a supplier able to consider that request. Listing claim or marketing enquiries are not automatically passed to contractors. We do not automatically sign you up for unrelated promotional mail.
Where it goes
The reference application stores requests in a server-side SQLite database and may forward them to an operator-configured HTTPS webhook. A production operator must ensure appropriate contractual, security and international transfer safeguards for its chosen host and CRM.
Legal basis, retention and rights
Processing may rely on consent for specific optional purposes and legitimate interests or steps requested before contracting where legally appropriate; these must be confirmed by the operator. Implement a documented deletion period and request-handling process before launch. Users may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the published controller. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. UK GDPR and relevant US state privacy laws may apply depending on the audience and operator.
Cookies and analytics
The reference template does not set marketing cookies or enable third-party analytics. Any future tracking, consent solution or advertising must be disclosed and configured lawfully.
